Service Advisor Dale provided good information on what was going to happen on the 10,000 service and explained the report that came out after the service. Did not have an appointment. Car battery was dead. Ford services started car and drove it to the dealer and they installed a battery. Good service all the time. I live in Miami and my mother lives in Palm Harbor. She has been sick and wasn't able to take the vehicle to the dealership so I had it delivered.
