Rick Gibson was extremely accommodating which was especially appreciated because we were flying in from NY. He gave us his cell so he was always accessible and we could email, text or call any time. especially appreciated because we were flying in from NY. Rick had all paperwork in order and he even picked us up from the airport! The whole process was smooth and stress free and we will definitely come back for another F350 in the future. Service was great inspite of the renovations going on in the one building. I was able to wait comfortably in the showroom area and enjoyed a cup of coffee, Was happy to see and chat a few minutes with Dou the one building.
