I had an appointment and it took over 3hrs to get the works oil change. I verified my phone number to call they still called my husband. I called them back they said my car was ready I got there and my s works oil change. I verified my phone number to call they still called my husband. I called them back they said my car was ready I got there and my service rep was nowhere and she did not leave my paperwork so someone could cash me out. Another 15 minute wait. The day after my coolant light came on and when my son checked it and not only was the coolant low but the brake and washer fluids were low also. To top it off he found a rag was left behind. This is the second bad service experience. I have been a customer since 2004 so I gave a second chance. There will not be a third. More
