Employees did not wear masks. Rather than pull completed car around, they gave me the key and said I could find it somewhere in front or side, somewhere in the parking lot. Service manager did not come talk car around, they gave me the key and said I could find it somewhere in front or side, somewhere in the parking lot. Service manager did not come talk to me personally after I told d him I would b ot go in the small room in the trailer with 3 unmasked employees. The quote for a new battery was outrageously high. Failure to wear masks in pandemic shows lack of respect or care dor a person who is almost 80 years old. After being a loyal customer at Flammer, I do not think that I will return. I will buy my next new Ford elsewhere. More
