very clean and professional dealership and I would do business with them again except for the fact they charged me $1999.00 for a third party protection program that I didn't want. It took us over two weeks to find the truck that had everything we wanted. When I told them I didn't want the protection program, I was told I didn't have to buy the truck. Extorsion at it's best in my opinion. I would rather have spent the money on a Ford Extended Warranty, but now I wasn't going to spend another $2000. More

I had gone in to get an oil change on my Escape and while waiting I decided to look at their used truck inventory as my girlfriend and I had been planning on getting a truck sometime soon to pull our camper. waiting I decided to look at their used truck inventory as my girlfriend and I had been planning on getting a truck sometime soon to pull our camper. I spotted a 2013 F-150XLT that was offered at a reasonable price. I usually take my time and thoroughly research my options before making a purchase of this type and size. However, I took a test drive and decided this truck would meet our needs. The original asking price was a little more than I could afford, however I made an offer and after a bit of horse trading the dealer met my offer. Lloyd, my sales person made it happen and they were accommodating in take care of a couple of minor issues and filled the truck up with a full tank of gas. They were very fair on the allowance that they gave me on my trade in and that helped make the deal go through. The last time I bought a used car I spent 2 months searching it out and had visited numerous dealers all over the Tampa Bay area before I ended up buying it in Gainesville. This time I was glad to be able to buy this truck in Tarpon Springs, my hometown, and shop local. They're willingness to work with me and realize what I could afford to pay helped close the deal. I left a very happy and satisfied customer and would recommend anyone to consider Karl Flammer Ford the next time they're looking for a vehicle, new or used. More
