Been a customer for 20+ years. This experience on my visit was below acceptable. Was promised update on my truck prior to end of day but had to make 3 calls to find anything Out on the next day. I worked with rick Gibson on a purchase of new truck. I never went to store. I called in and told him what truck I wanted and that I wanted a out the door number with no bs later. he called me right back w never went to store. I called in and told him what truck I wanted and that I wanted a out the door number with no bs later. he called me right back with the number and I said lets do it send me the purchase agreement. to my surprise the numbers didn't change. he did exactly what I asked a no bs experience. they held the truck while over night paperwork to me and sent a return addressed prepaid envelope. I sent it all back and now there delivering the truck. THIS IS HOW THINGS SHOULD BE great guy highly recommend and will be buying again. More

I was waiting with 2 young children for 3 hours for an oil change. It was only my 2nd one, and they did not honor my first 3 free because it was outside of a year. Due to covid, we don't put on a lot of m oil change. It was only my 2nd one, and they did not honor my first 3 free because it was outside of a year. Due to covid, we don't put on a lot of miles. I thought they should have extended it. I've had this before buying a car at a dealership, everything is sunshine and roses and then the service is sub par. I'm treated better at my local shop. Less wait time, etc. I'm just disappointed it seems to be happening here, too. We recently purchased 2 brand new cars from you an expedition limited and explorer platinum. Makes me rethink where we will go next time. More
