You got 5 Stars for the service but I would give you (FORD) a ONE Star for the bracket that was replaced again (2nd Time). Service writer, wrote it up as lose but was actually broken. Very poor design on Fords part and I can see, I'll be back a Third time in the future. I think the first repair lasted six months or so. More

My husband saw a used truck on their website and we went there to go see it. We were greeted by friendly salesman we took it out for a test drive and we fell in love with it.
