The service writer should be aware of available coupons and offer them, but I had to show the coupon on my phone from the dealership to get the coupon. Additionally they wanted to replace my cabin air filt and offer them, but I had to show the coupon on my phone from the dealership to get the coupon. Additionally they wanted to replace my cabin air filter. I declined and while I was paying I heard 2 different techs come in and ask if they were replacing cabin air filters. Feels like they were just trying to create some extra work and revenue for the dealership. Oil change was fine but I probably will not be back. More
