Recently purchased an F150 from them and had an overall good experience. My salesperson Lloyd was fantastic. He was patient, thorough, took the time to explain and go over everything about the truck and th good experience. My salesperson Lloyd was fantastic. He was patient, thorough, took the time to explain and go over everything about the truck and the buying process with me and even let me test drive it a second time before buying. Their new vehicle manager Mack on the other hand might have been the most rude person I have ever met. After a terrible interaction with him where I was completely dismissed and belittled I left the dealership convinced to not buy the truck. Lloyd thankfully made it right and called me to apologize and give a better offer. I would buy again from Lloyd and Suzanne, but avoid the new vehicle manager. More
