Buying a car here is ok but servicing your car after is terrible. They seem to have invested in EV support but really have no clue on how to execute. Twice now they have had to take over 2 days to do a sim terrible. They seem to have invested in EV support but really have no clue on how to execute. Twice now they have had to take over 2 days to do a simple update to software. They just expect you to figure out how to be without a car for multiple days and then show no remorse about it. When I tried to get an explanation from their service GM Rob, he never bothered to call back. More
