I have purchased 2 vehicles since 2002 from this dealership and have always had excellent service. Cesar has been my service advisor for the last several repairs. Cesar goes above and beyond for hi dealership and have always had excellent service. Cesar has been my service advisor for the last several repairs. Cesar goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He's not pushy and will give his honest evaluation on what services should be done now or could wait till a future visit. Also, he routinely kept me updated while my car was being repaired/completed. They didn't give me any wiggle room on price, at all. Not even a little on the delivery fee. Five hours after I e-signed all the documents for my vehicle I received an email alert from Karen Radley Acura Not even a little on the delivery fee. Five hours after I e-signed all the documents for my vehicle I received an email alert from Karen Radley Acura, telling me my car had a price drop alert. They dropped my car $300 five hours after I paid well over full price for it. They tried to blame it on being from a third party website but it clearly came from their dealership, I even provided a screenshot. I purchased this vehicle in another state, 4½ hours away from my home, because I loved this particular color make and interior/package combination. They have a three day return fee, after delivery. I purchased my vehicle on June 28th and it arrived on July 2nd, over a holiday weekend. How would I possibly have been able to return my vehicle if I wasn't happy with it? Well, I was highly disappointed when it arrived. There were so many scuff marks on the exterior and scratches on the back of the leather head rest. The headliner in the 3rd rear seat had stains and scratches on the plastic parts. All of these cosmetic issues should totally have been fixed prior to me receiving my vehicle. The vehicle that I paid FULL price on and I bought every single extra after care package and warranty they offered. I felt like I was completely taken advantage of and I was, no doubt. They did cut me a check for $300 for my car having the price drop and they did end up fixing MOST of the cosmetic issues but I had to take off two days from work, and I'm self-employed, I told them this. I lost money and had to drive 4 hours and spend money on a hotel room and lose money from not working for two days. I asked for reimbursement for at least the hotel stay and my gas to get there and back. They only filled up the half tank of gas after I gave it to them. They fixed the leather seat, which was a huge issue and they fixed the scuff marks on the outside of the car. They didn't even bother wiping down my leather seats though. I understand they couldn't wash my car because of the fresh paint but they should have at least cleaned the interior. They definitely made a lot of money off of me and this experience has made me leary of ever dealing with a dealership again. The General Manager, Jose, kept telling me my car wasn't new, it was used. I'm well aware but it was a Certified Pre-owned Acura and it was a 2020 and a one owner leased vehicle. The pictures I was able to see online did not reveal any of these imperfections. I got played but I've learned my lesson. More
I have been coming to Karen Radley for at least 13 years and they have done excellent work and everyone has always been very professional and knowledgeable. I trust that they are honest in their assessments of what my RDX needs at the time I bring it to them. That’s an important reason why my RDX is running beautifully at 15 years old. More
