I was excited to start this relationship with Karen Radley Acura, The sale went smooth. I leased a brand new 23 RDX, but once I got the car home I realized I had a problem Immediately my passenger wind Radley Acura, The sale went smooth. I leased a brand new 23 RDX, but once I got the car home I realized I had a problem Immediately my passenger window would not roll down, took it in and the issue was resolved with ordering a part and the car in service for 6 days. Then less than 3 weeks later I started having a variety of check engine notifications that would come on and off. I took it into the service and it was advised that it could be the placement of my EZ-pass so we adjusted that, a week later back on took the car back to service they kept it another 5 days tested it drove it but could not find an issue. A week later notifications were back. I took it back to service and they finally identified the issue had to order another part and can in service 5 more days. So 2 new parts needed for a brand new vehicle is not normal and I am aware that this is not services fault but I did not even get an apology for the amount of inconvenience and multiple trips I needed to make to service in a 2 month period. I escalated my concerns to the sales director to give the dealership to make things right but received no response. I am disappointed because I have been a customer of Honda/ Acura for a long time and never experienced issues like this. I don't know what the QA process is and I get that this may be a one off but I would have at the very least appreciated and apology. More
