Eric, I agree, 1 1/2 hours is too long for an oil change. I apologize for that. I reviewed the invoice and see we charged you for a 7qt. Oil change, that we discounted quite a bit, so I'm confused about the rest of the review. I've left you a text and message and welcome a chance to hear more. BJ Holmes General Manager

That is because I had to dispute the charges. Then had to show what truck I had. Then a call to technician. Then they replied book says 7 qts is max out 7 qts. They don’t even record how much they put in.
