Every portion of the sales process was terrible. From the sales rep not knowing his product, to financing (I was promised a rate that was not upheld), to my new jeep not having the radio i had ordered it wit sales rep not knowing his product, to financing (I was promised a rate that was not upheld), to my new jeep not having the radio i had ordered it with and being made to feel bad for wanting money back for a radio i didn't even get! BY THE OWNER! You would think when you spend 45K they might treat you as a valued customer. It was just an awful experience all the way around. Don't make the same mistake i did.
