We told him roughly what we were looking for and he actually took the time to listen (unlike the last 2 dealers we went to). He gave us a few options and was more than fair with what he gave us for our trade in. He explained every step of the process to us so we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Waste of time I had the worst experience trying to buy a used car. I was told that they were paying off my trade in and my payments were a certain amount. I went t I had the worst experience trying to buy a used car. I was told that they were paying off my trade in and my payments were a certain amount. I went to sign the contract after another 30 minute wait and the numbers were wrong. They were not paying off my trade and my payments were higher than I was told. The finance manager told me I was still getting a deal, they dropped the price of the car. No they didn't I was still paying the internet posted price. Wayne the salesman was no where to be found to question all the issues. Thankfully, I left without a car. I did email the owner and general manager about my issues and no one has returned my emails. I don't expect to hear from anyone. More
