Don't go anywhere else Like most people I hate spending money for a car or using up a whole day at a dealership. Kahlo changed my thinking about a lot of variables when it comes to buying a new vehicle. My family was greeted at the door by a very friendly and happy gentleman named David Tolson. We felt welcome from the beginning to the end and we also had two young children with us. They provide a play area for the little guys and a TV room for the older kids and all of the charging stations and accommodations one would need. The selection was plentiful and service from all ends was terrific. David sold us a new van and we felt like the dealer got the short end of the stick. He provided prompt service and quick decision making and really knew the inventory. Thank you David and the crew at Kahlo, we look forward to the next vehicle purchase through you. Jim More

It had to return to be cleaned twice. Never an apology for not being ready to complete the sale, never an apology for the vehicle not being ready. This dealership has NOT attempted to build a lasting positive relationship. They will get this ONE sale but we’ve learned our lesson and won’t recommend it. More

Amazing experience I came here after a bad experience at another dealership not having any expectations to drive away with a new car. After a smooth test drive I decided to apply for financing and within 5 minutes, they were able to approve me. It wasn't long after that that Dan had actually found a better financing rate that lowered my monthly payment getting it to my budget. The car I got was very clean, very well taken care of, and listed for a very great price. Out of all my research, Kahlo was offering the best prices for the best quality cars. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be sure to come back to Dan next time I need to get a car! More

He is the most knowledgeable , time considerate , hard working salesperson I have ever met. I am disabled with a back injury and Dan made the purchase of my Jeep Rubicon Recon happen in a timely manner that didnt keep me at the dealership any longer than I could hope for. Dan even helped me finance the Gold protection Ziebart package to make my new Jeep last and look Great. I didnt go to Kahlo that day thinking I would buy my Jeep, I went because Kahlo offered me $ 25 to drive there and test drive the new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Once I saw that I could actually get my dream vehicle I started asking Dan what he could do to sweeten the deal. Kahlo gave me every last request from free oil changes to free tire rotations, to a lifetime powertrain warranty. I will never go anywhere else than Kahlo to buy a new or used Jeep. Dan Serritella, our salesman, was very honest and thorough and worked hard to make sure that we got EXACTLY what we wanted. He was even able to call the factory and modify an existing order so that we received the perfect vehicle as quickly as possible. All the while, he maintained contact with us to keep us informed without being too pesky or annoying! He earned our confidence and trust and was genuinely concerned about our experience! In addition, while we were walking around the sales lot one day, the owner approached us on a Saturday afternoon, no less, and asked if we needed anything! How many owners are that hard working and involved, to be working on a Saturday afternoon ensuring customer satisfaction? Kudos to Dan and Mr. Kahlo for a job well done!
