I like this dealership. I had contacted Kahlo through their website to get an appraisal for my Jeep Renegade which I also purchased through them. for Service do NOT waste your time go elsewhere We took my son's jeep there as we had an exclusionary warranty that covered MOST of the repairs we wanted to have done. First of all, I dropped the wa We took my son's jeep there as we had an exclusionary warranty that covered MOST of the repairs we wanted to have done. First of all, I dropped the warranty off with the vehicle and advised the service advisor (Ryan) of the repairs that were covered under warranty. He said great, took the paperwork and then I'm not sure where it went. After 24 hours I received a call from Brandon who advised me of the repairs and told me they weren't covered under our warranty. I immediately called our previous dealership who were several weeks backed up and had advised us to take it to another dealership if we needed it done sooner so we did and Kahlo is in the neighborhood. The previous dealership called the warranty company to find out Kahlo hadn't called them or filed a claim. I called Kahlo back and finally after two full days of sitting and doing nothing they filed the claim. It did take the warranty company two days to approve the claim. Once approved, Kahlo submitted a repair bill WAY over retail for the parts so the warranty company purchased the parts and sent them to them. WAY unethical to be charging significantly OVER retail. IF this dealership quotes you work Look up the parts price and don't allow yourself to get ripped off. The warranty parts were sent over and signed for by Kahlo at 9:00 am. It took them TWO days to get the parts from their parts dept to the technician working on our vehicle. I received THREE different days to pick it up and was told the parts were there, but it took them two days to get the parts to the mechanic. Slightly ridiculous as they were in the same building at 9:00 am and two days later at 2:00 pm the mechanic stated he received the parts. Needless to say we will NOT be returning for any future service needs. There are other dealerships with much better service departments within a 15 minute drive. People who are happy with your service department might actually purchase more service and more vehicles from your dealership but if you charge OVER retail for your parts and keep jacking people around they leave reviews to let others know who won't be tricked into paying for over priced parts and unfair treatment. More
