I have NO trust in the service department and will share this with everyone. I’ve was misled the problem was fixed 2 1/2 years ago and the problem came back last October 2023. I was told by Jimmy, the service manager and several other service employees, that my truck is a “ Guinea pig” for this part & it still may not work. My extended warranty runs out this September 2024 and the part is only warranty is June 2024! So when the part fails after the warranty I’m screwed being the “Guinea pig”!!!! This is completely unacceptable! They don’t know if they repaired my truck but yet, I’m sent off knowing my extended warranty runs out in September 2024. I’ve had this problem w this truck for almost 3 years!!!!! And now it “may” be fixed??? At least give me the same extended warranty I have now for 3 more years and up to 125,000 miles!!! More

I was recently shopping for a Ram 1500 Laramie with very specific features. After exhausting my local market, I started searching via the RAM website search feature. I reached out to several different dea specific features. After exhausting my local market, I started searching via the RAM website search feature. I reached out to several different dealers within 250 miles of me that had trucks that fit my needs from that list, and Kahlo was one of them. I sent each dealership on my list the same request: please let me know your "out the door" price for this specific truck. After reviewing multiple offers, I felt that the one from Kahlo offered me the most value. Not necessarily the lowest cost, but what I believe was the best value for my money. I let them know that I wanted to proceed with them and purchase their truck, and they worked very hard to make everything work. Purchasing the truck remotely added some challenges, at least for me, and the team at Kahlo were very understanding and helpful. Initially, Alisha responded to my request almost immediately. She provided me with the "out the door" price including the breakdown of all the necessary details I needed: MSRP, rebates, discounts, prep and doc, taxes, etc. During this time, the General Sales Manager, Jason; and the Finance Officer, Justin both reached out to me to insure I had everything I needed in order to make my decision. When I got to the dealership, they had my truck ready to go, washed, and with a full tank of fuel! They worked hard to meet all of my expectations, and hit the ball out of the park! I can't say enough for how genuinely helpful these people were. They were quick to answer questions and operated with integrity throughout the entire process. They even followed-up with me after the sale to insure I was happy. I can highly recommend Kahlo, and especially Alisha, Jason, and Justin. I would definitely shop there again. More
Jim Montgomery at Kahlo resolved my issue that another dealership refused to fix under warranty. They allowed me to have my car towed from the offending dealership, to Kahlo, and diagnose the issue. All dealership refused to fix under warranty. They allowed me to have my car towed from the offending dealership, to Kahlo, and diagnose the issue. All while I was 4 hours away. They kept in contact, and evaulated my car, discovering that the issues the first dealership identified was NOT the problem. And they quickly and efficiently fixed my Challenger and got me back on the road. And worked with me on timing, since getting from Chicago to Indy is not as easy as it used to be. The car was ready when I picked it up and drove the four hours home without issue. I would 100% use Kahlo again if I am in the Indianapolis/Noblesville Indiana area. More
