I have always been satisfied with my dealer but this time I was very disappointed. This dealership is top notch; professional, detail oriented, courteous and they really care. Communication was great, everything explained to me and regular updates while waiting on service. Zach did a great job showing me my Gladiator and kept in touch for several weeks. When I finally made a decision to buy he promptly got me all the information I needed and got the vehicle ready for the clos touch for several weeks. Service representative were very careless and rude. Did not made sure that service of vehicles completed and returned my vehicle without making sure that all items were checked correctly. When I brought to her attention, she was very rude and did bather to even walk with me to my Jeep send some technician which could not figure out the problem after spending time with me he did find find that one pipe was cut. Which he blamed that may be some rat did it. I do not Park my car in the garage from day one. There is not way a rat can jump under the hood and eaten that feed pipe. I can laugh on his statement. Then I bring to attn. Mr Ted and promise me to address the issue. I need to bring jeep ASAP. To correct this faulty pipe. Being wintered weather. Without windshield not working properly it’s hard to drive and clean the front windshield. Our family is customers of your company for 10 plus year .
