Came in a couple weeks back, I have been looking for a new sedan and I was very interested in the Kia K5. Mikey was very helpful and informative about the model and what my options were! Horrible service. This place overcharges and scams. They did an inspection and oil change on my car and said they needed to change the tires. I paid for all the expenses ($900+) and they left the lugnuts lo did an inspection and oil change on my car and said they needed to change the tires. I paid for all the expenses ($900+) and they left the lugnuts loose on my front wheel, causing the loudest noise while driving, and damage to my car. 3 system lights came up on my dashboard as well, shortly after leaving the dealership. I had to then take my car to a different dealership and pay for Jupiter’s mistakes, which were life threatening, considering I drove a 4 hour drive with the loose nuts. Horrible. Will never be returning. Only take your car here if you want them to give you an issue you never showed up with. Will definitely be escalating this issue More
