Thank you but I have reached out to the Finance manager, the GM, and I reached out the the other manager who is above the GM. It hasn’t been resolved yet. I have reached out for a week. Waiting for a response on when the check was sent out and the tracking number. I would like a refund of the payment I just paid to satisfy the loan, as of today, 3/1/2021, the loan still hasn’t been paid.
