I went in several days ago to look to purchase a 2011 certified honda civic coupe. This coupe had only 1k miles and an excellent warranty included for the competitive price. Initially I submitted an online application for credit however since my credit is very limited they were unable to finance. However, when I was able to find financing, I came back and Eric helped me. He was very helpful when taking me to the test drive and explaining features to me. While he is a new employee, he seems to take interest in his job and comedic relief that was well needed. The day after the test drive, I came back to buy the vehicle. Gary was kind in explaining things to me that had not been explained to me the day earlier. The process of purchasing the vehicle and trading in my older hyundai was very simple and if I continue to receive this service in the future, I will for sure be returning and recommending from others. Koons Honda Service in Manassas has been great to me since relocating to the area in early 2008. My Civic is depended on for the daily commute to work - it has not let me down. There have been a few things caught as "urgent" when the routine work was being done. An example would be during this past service visit noting that there was a broken engine mount - that is something that would not have been caught when going to a "change your oil and filter" place. Koons Honda Service knows the vehicle and the history. They know Hondas. They know when things are needed for my Civic. They offer me "peace of mind," quick service (I always call for an early morning appointment several days in advance), and fair pricing. More

I have taken my 2003 Honda Civic to this dealer for service numerous times for regular maintenance, as well as repairs of different issues, and my experience exceeds expectations every time. The servic service numerous times for regular maintenance, as well as repairs of different issues, and my experience exceeds expectations every time. The service staff is very friendly and courteous, and Chris Shade is wonderful in explaining all that needs to be done. On two occasions Chris took me to the repair shop to show me what exactly needed to be fixed on my car, while it was elevated to be repaired. He explained with great patience why they recommend the specific repair, when I should take care of it, and what the implications are should I wait. There were no scare tactics, no pressure to have something done right away, just great care to explain the significance of everything that needed to be fixed. A friend recommended this service facility 3 years ago, and I have recommended it to friends and family many times since then. I will continue to return for any future service needs. More
