I went to Joyce Honda for a recalled on my truck. I met Kelly at the service dept. and she treated me very kindly. I noticed that she was knowledgeable about the problem of my truck. I also share some concerns of vibration on my tires. When the job was completed, she called me and explained to me what the technician did on the recall issue.
