Great job... the second time I brought my Odyssey in for a major tune up on Thursday morning. There was a recall on the fuel pump, so it was replaced. All fixed and ready to go I brought my Odyssey in for a major tune up on Thursday morning. There was a recall on the fuel pump, so it was replaced. All fixed and ready to go by early afternoon. THE NEXT DAY... My Odyssey stalled out on a curving highway entrance ramp. Other cars had to dodge my stalled one. Until the tow truck arrived, it was a dangerous situation for me and my children, as other cars accelerating around the curve had only seconds to swerve out of the way of my Odyssey. Turns out the pump had been installed incorrectly. Once they learned of their error, they owned right up to it, were very apologetic, and did all they could to make it right. No charge for the tow, of course, and I got a loaner car for the weekend. Five days later, it's running fine (so far). I only wish I it had been done correctly the first time. More

No more Honda's For Our Family We have a 2010 odysee, we have our car serviced at our local mechanic due to the fact that he is well known and trusted in our small town and I was at We have a 2010 odysee, we have our car serviced at our local mechanic due to the fact that he is well known and trusted in our small town and I was at the dealer for hours with three small children every time is go to the dealer! Our mechanic found a leak in the steering rack, the car has less than 60,000 miles on it. This should not happen to this car at this point. We called Honda Customer Care who informed us that if they choose to help us we must first have the car inspected by the dealer. We called Joyce Honda and we were told that they would charge $134 to look at the car. The cost of this repair with our trusted mechanic is going to run about $1,200. We contacted Honda Customer Service again to see if this fee could be waived as this is a repair that should not be necessary. We were told that each dealership is privately owned and there was nothing to do about the fee. We are choosing to not spend an additional $134 on the car and are going to our trusted mechanic to have the issue fixed. Honda Customer Service did say that if we had the car looked at by the dealer they could consider helping us based on our loyalty in the past by using their dealerships to service our car and any prior Honda's that we have owned. If the dealerships are privately owned why would Honda Customer Care put weight in their decision about who services our vehicle? Honda had a chance to do the right thing and failed. The gentleman we spoke with at Joyce Honda actually laughed. Very disappointing, we will not be purchasing a Honda ever again! More

Not a great place for service I went to place to fix few issues in my honda civic 2013. They took 2 hours of time and they serviced everything . I showed them that my car front gr I went to place to fix few issues in my honda civic 2013. They took 2 hours of time and they serviced everything . I showed them that my car front grill is damaged and they give quote of 550 dollars even i wondering whether they looked properly or not. When I reached other Honda nearby town they replaced the parts and cost is just 200 $. My only concern is whether this people have enough time to look the problem of the car... I doubt about that. So i am going different Honda all the way 20 miles from my place. More
