Fast oil changes I have been very happy with the service center at Joyce. Only a minor glitch, but this was my second "free" oil change and tire rotation and I'm now c I have been very happy with the service center at Joyce. Only a minor glitch, but this was my second "free" oil change and tire rotation and I'm now charged $1.85. Supposedly tax that they just started collecting. I know it's only a small amount, but "free" was promised when I bought the car and if there really is some new tax, they should cover it in my opinion. More

Disrespectful, unprofessional Service Department The customer service and attitude of the Service department at Joyce Honda is horrible. Last Wednesday they determined that AC compressor in my Honda The customer service and attitude of the Service department at Joyce Honda is horrible. Last Wednesday they determined that AC compressor in my Honda CRV needs to be replaced. I agreed to repair. The representative said the part will be there by Friday. OK. Friday he calls me, tells that the part was not delivered and it will be delivered by the next Wednesday. OK. Today ("Next Wednesday") I called to check whether the part was delivered. I was twice placed on hold for 40 minutes, no one attending the line. Finally, after many calls and useless chat session with their "Service Chat", the Reception lady told me that this part is on backorder all over US (probably made that up, read further). I called to a "no name" service center - they promised to get the part and do the repair tomorrow. In addition, during the service visit to Joyce Honda, I asked to install a missing backdoor wiper arm cover (small decorative part). They charged me for the part, but never installed it. It is sad that the great car brand Honda is serviced by very disrespectful, ignorant and unprofessional service. More

Relaxing in the waiting room, watching my car move up the line, the time flew by. Ray then walked me thru the paperwork and to the cashier. Nice system everything went smoothly.
