HORRIBLE I have a 2006 CRV and have been going to Joyce Honda for service for many years. Their service has deteriorated to the point of collapse. I had to go 3 times to get a particular service done, as a part was needed and they told me they had to order it, then when it arrived, I was told it was given to another customer. Yesterday I went back for the THIRD TIME and WAITED OVER 5 HOURS to get the part installed. I was NOT updated during the 5 hours, when asked why my car wasn't being worked on I was brushed off. I left in tears and paid over $400. Ernest was the only person that treated me decently - he's very nice. I am going to purchase a new Honda next year but it WILL NOT be from Joyce Honda. They need to hire more techs and improve their service and communication. More

Good luck! As per my google review, Joyce Honda is by far the worst service I have ever had. No one communicates and any problems I had no one seemed to have a a As per my google review, Joyce Honda is by far the worst service I have ever had. No one communicates and any problems I had no one seemed to have a answer or try to get resolved. Last year I went for a oil change, after a month of driving around I found oil had leaked all over my engine due to the negligence done during my oil change service, oil tab was broker and O ring was never replaces or put on properly causing oil to splatter all over my engine and because it was winter it got over the superfine belt it broke and snapped; they refused to fix the problem. Thankfully a local BMW did it complementary. Now I had to get work done to my vehicle (thank god I bought the warrantee) but because they couldn't do a simple oil change I did not want them to do major work to my vehicle. long story story as per my warrantee contract I could go xx miles outside my selling dealer (Joyce Honda) and get my car serviced there with the approval from my selling dealer. Talked to a service manager (pretty sure it was Kelvin or Eric M from Joyce) and said "just go xx miles away form "Joyce" to get the work done, so that being said I booked a appt at a bow dealership outside the boundaries and they (Joyce) hey would call the BMW dealership to approve of the work, after 5 days of waiting and having a a loner car I had (and my service manager at BMW) to call Joyce Honda to see if they did what they told me they were going to do, they came back and told me they would not let another dealership do the work that I had to go there, AFTER WAITING 5 DAYS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL. Because I had approval from Joyce to go outside my selling dealer I had diagnostic test done to figure out what was wrong, something that if the bmw dealership would have worked on I wouldn't have to to pay for BUT because now Joyce was saying they will not allow for another dealership to do the work I had to pay my own money for the test! Whatever, so I reluctantly bring my car to Joyce (which they couldn't take me immediately which was frustrating given that they were giving me the runaround for 2 weeks about this (was at another dealership before). Once I dropped off my car I had no one call to give me updates or let me know the status, all I received was a call that the work was finished. I had to call to ask for status. I had given them the diagnostic paperwork so they could go off of that, which was my receipt from the previous bmw dealership, Once I picked up my car they had lost that paperwork. I waited for kelvin to speak to him personal over this matter and was ignored twice by him because he was "busy" Im still waiting for someone to give me a call to see if they had found the paperwork and when I will be getting my refund. This place has been so frustrating to work with and if your like me and don't have games to play or time to waste I suggest you take your business to a more professional dealership. When I bought the car I was told x,y and z were done to the vehicle, clearly not since after a year im already seeing issues and having to replace things. The only helpful and happy person there was the receptionist who seemed to try and do everything in her power to get this resolved but like I said before theres a lack of communication with upper management.
