And this was all due to the professionalism an My experience with the Service Department of Joyce Honda of Route 10 could not have gone any smoother. And this was all due to the professionalism and courtesy of Diana Alvarado. She is awesome! I had a persistent check engine light that signified a major engine rebuild but as bleak as it looked, Diana took charge of the case and kept me totally abreast of what was needed, what my options were, and promised that she would take care of contacting the extended warranty people for me explaining the scenario. The service team worked diligently on my car and actually also called Honda Engineering to get their input, illustrating the complexity of the situation. And this all was done under the guidance and project lead of Diana. Diana is the epitome of a service professional who truly cares about her customers. She is a blue chip employee and should be lauded for her excellent service and professionalism. Joyce Honda is now my Auto dealer of choice and it is all due to Diana Alvarado. All auto centers could use an employee like her. Thank you Tony H. More

NO respect 4 customers VALUABLE time! I just finished an oil change/tire rotation, was quoted a wait time of 45 minutes to 1 hour which in my opinion is too long for 10 minute oil dump and 4 tire swap with pneumatic wrench. This should take 30 minutes MAX! After I waited in an EMPTY service waiting room for 90 minutes I went to find my assigned service rep Toni Bencivenga. She apologized to me by saying I'm sorry I got caught with another customer I just have to print your paperwork. This awful employee didn't even have the presence of mind to ask 1 of the other 10 service reps working with her to check me out and send me on my way. Instead she forgot all about me sitting in the waiting room. I sat 30 minutes for no reason at all other than this employee spaced out and forgot I was waiting...My time is worth a lot of money $50/$100 per hour and for this customer service rep and I use that term loosely to not think it's a big deal to let me sit for 30 minutes for no good reason makes me want to never give Joyce Honda another dollar of my hard earned money! More

Good experience for Odyssey preventative maintenance Was convenient (and easy) online scheduling of my 140,000 preventative maintenance for my Honda Odyssey for an 8a Friday appt. Arrived just before 8a Was convenient (and easy) online scheduling of my 140,000 preventative maintenance for my Honda Odyssey for an 8a Friday appt. Arrived just before 8a and went into the front office and was directed to pull my van up to any one of the three open bay doors and stay in car for an attendant to take info. I did as instructed and w/in a couple of mins was greeted by professionally dressed attendant who inquired as to the type of SVC I needed today. He quickly tagged my car and instructed me to step out of the car and go inside to the SVC desk. A few moments after that, the designated SVC personnel overseeing my SVC for the day reviewed the appt details that he pulled up from online appt. Initially there was a mix-up of my husband's car that was entered in there vs mine but easily corrected. `Ray' was personable and thorough and stated he would be in contact throughout the day to update w/ status. Joyce Honda provided a shuttle transport back to my house. By late morning, Ray called me to recommended certain additional checks and was honest in indicating certain items could wait until next check. Everything was thorough handled with the only exception was that by 5p, I had to call to find out that my car was already done yet I hadn't received a call back. That was the only inconvenience but was quickly resolved w/ personnel efficiently coming back to shuttle me back to sign-off paperwork. Price was reasonable for repairs and they did address all of my concerns. Overall would recommend as always have positive experience w/ this svc dealership. More
