Initially Dismissed by Tech My last two visits have been a bit negative. The first time- two customers who arrived after me were greeted and handled first. My most recent visit was a follow up after two major cost repairs and a minor one. I had spent 1500 on wear and tear, another 1500 on body work, and then came in for an oil change. Somehow, my lug nuts were falling off. As I tried to describe this to the young man, he cut me off three times and told me to wait at the counter for him. I became agitated and to my friend on the phone who was shocked at the response I received, said, “you know how it goes... women don’t know anything about cars- they don’t need to be heard”. The tech apologized to me and I did not pay for my two replaced lug nuts as well as the other 22 being tightened, I did wait for nearly two hours for that very minor service. The gentleman did apologize again and he was kind but training should focus on hearing your clients no matter how much the tech knows about cars and how little the client knows. My family members own 5 Honda vehicles, 4 of them purchased at Joyce, one purchased before we discovered Joyce. ALL 5 are serviced at Joyce- four of them brought in by me personally consistently. Please note that I have NEVER had a bad experience prior to these last two and I anticipate excellent service moving forward. More

They were nice, but they didn't fix my problem. I took my car in for servicing at Joyce (the AC wasn't working well). A new compressor later, the AC still didn't work. I left $1200 poorer, with nothing to show for it (The AC wasn't better). The reason I pay more to fix my car at a dealership was because I assumed they would be best at diagnosing/fixing my car. Apparently that wasn't the case here. That said.. both the mechanic and the service person I worked with we're nice. (Only reason I'm not giving 1 star) More

You’ve had it for over a week, I just called and can’t get a response as to what’s going on. The only saving grace in all of this is you service manager Diana, who is the only reason I’m still sane. Disappointing service ! When I went into the service area to have my car addressed, I had a $5.00 bill wedged into my console. When my car was returned the $5.00 bill was missing. Given the service area the benefit of the doubt, I searched everywhere in the car, even looking on the service area floor to no avail. The money was gone and the ONLY explanation was that someone took it. I spoke with John at the Service desk and he referred me to the service Manager, (Kelvin). Upon my discussion with him, no one had seen the money, (of course). However, seeing I was perturbed at this the Service Manger was kind enough to reimburse me the $5.00 dollars. He also stated that he would check the cameras and let me know. To date, I have heard nothing and quite frankly, I don't expect to. Also, when I received my car, upon driving down Rt. 10, I noticed the Tire light kept coming on and would not go off. Subsequently, I had to turn around and bring my car back to John who stated this happens because he rotated the tires upon my request. So what does that mean ?!? Once, I can understand but this was the second time this has happened when I had my car serviced. Very disappointed in the quality control and am considering contacting Corporate Honda. I've been a three time buyer at Joyce Honda but that's where it will end. I will never buy another Honda vehicle at this Dealer nor recommend them to anyone! More
