Okay, now I'm sold on this dealer. Bought my Accord back in November and felt a slight vibration when hiting the brakes at a high speed. The Director of Parts and Service, John, went out for a test drive and immediately noticed something wrong. He asked if I could leave the car for a few hours and he would kindly provide me with a loaner, mind you, I had made no appointment, simply walked in on a Saturday morning for a quick road test with a technician. Joyce provided me with a new Accord loaner and had the problem fixed later in the afternoon. Kathleen in Service was a pleasure to deal with. She thourougly explained the problem and Joyce replaced both front brake pads. My past experiences with dealers have been a nightmare, thank you Joyce Honda for making it such a pleasurable one! More
Service department and parts department are disorganized and unreliable! Do not trust this dealership!!! I lost over 700 dollars to them for a problem that took over 4 months to resolve. The parts department had ordered the wrong part twice (set of rims for wrongs side of car - Honda Prelude 99). The first set were ordered and installed on my vehicle - I noticed that the direction of spokes was incorrect and notified them, my car looked ridiculous. They could not revert back to my old wheels because they had discarded them. <br><br>I was told that they would order another set to correct the issue and that there would be no charge because it was their error. Weeks and months passed - I request them to check on my order numerous times- I was patient - their response was that their parts department had a high turnover and the request for re-order was lost. I called them several times and finally the second set arrived. Upon inspection these were the wrong wheels again!!!!! This time I called American Honda customer service to offer protection against their incompetence. Two weeks later I finally had the wheels - only to my surprise they charged me for their error - 750 dollars. Of course the service manager did not honor the original statement and explained that service assoc. that dealt with my case was 'no longer' with them - he went on to pursue other employment; this service assoc. originally made the statement that there would be no charge! <br><br><br>I have also lost another 20 dollars to them for a license plate holder (for front bumpter) that I ordered and paid for (over 4 months ago) but which they never produced!!!!
