I showed them that my car front grill is damaged and they give quote of 550 dollars even i wondering whether they looked properly or not. When I reached other Honda nearby town they replaced the parts and cost is just 200 $. My only concern is whether this people have enough time to look the problem of the car... I doubt about that. So i am going different Honda all the way 20 miles from my place. More

Look at my invoice and realized that Joyce Honda used MOBIL brand instead HONDA genuine oil. I called the manager but he didn't seem to care about using MOBIL oil at their honda shop. UPDATE as of 04/24 Okay... Joyce Honda contacted me stating that MOBIL used to be a Honda engine oil supplier. For MOBIL oil, I can go to my local autoshop and pay less than $52. When I go to Honda dealer for oil change, I expect them to use Honda genuine oil regardless of Honda's engine oil supplier. If Joyce honda is so proud of using MOBIL oil instead of Honda genuine oil, then Joyce Honda should disclose the intend and product information to their customers prior to oil change service. More
Purchased Honda Accord in 2005. Took the car for service around 2009 with unsatisfactory outcome of the service. Traded-in the Accord in 2010 with CR-V. . . . . the rest is history. 2007 CR-V tires pres around 2009 with unsatisfactory outcome of the service. Traded-in the Accord in 2010 with CR-V. . . . . the rest is history. 2007 CR-V tires pressure indicator remains on no matter what I tried. Called Aron for advise on next steps. Visited the service center unannounced and was told that I picked the busiest day of the week. However, I decided to get my car being checked and got over with the issue. The service team under Aron's leadership did show professionalism and took care the issue in about 2 hours waiting. It's worth it because I am no longer looking at the tires pressure indicator on anymore. The best of all, the service was a 2013 Christmas gift for my family. Keep up the good work. . . . . . We are enjoying many of the features of our "certified" 2010 Odyssey just purchased from Joyce. But we have some things that were not repaired during the certification process. 1) We quickl "certified" 2010 Odyssey just purchased from Joyce. But we have some things that were not repaired during the certification process. 1) We quickly noticed when driving into the sunglare that the windshield is badly pitted by stones and in fact has a traveling crack on passenger side and a second pit on the driver's side that penetrate the outer glass. These defects were unnoticed until sunglare illuminated them. The car has only been driven a few miles since we bought it and never behind a truck or even on the highway. Hence I can assure you the pits and cracks were there before our purchase. I will want the windshield replaced with original equipment having the SAME exact tinting, both in density and color, and will want to verify such before its installation. 2) The XM radio only receives the default free stations. I don’t think we can turn on "free" reception for the next 3 months. I think Joyce has to enable the "free" reception of "all" stations for 3 months. 3) I appreciate the three keys received, but find none of the 3 to be valet keys as stated on the certification. 4) The transmission shifts with jerking. Is that the way a Honda Odyssey normally works. On the Chevrolet, it was easily made to shift smoothly by a simple adjustment. I would like verification by Joyce Motors whether the car shifting correctly and we simply "have to get used to it." I don’t know how well it shifts at high speeds, our experience so far has been in town, where shifting is occurring below 45 mph. 5) I checked the brake shoes this morning, after seeing that other cerified work was not up to par, and find the shoes are far less than 50% of thickness as requeired on a pre-owned certified car. 6) We paid about $2,000 more than Honda's blue book value and even then find that not all repairs were done as required for a certified vehicle. 7) This is my second attempt to get the repairs done as per a cerified vehicle. How do we get these defects repaired? More
Diana is absolutely the best when it comes to servicing my Honda. She's unlike any other service person from any other dealer I've ever met. She's honest in her assessment of what the vehicle needs and i my Honda. She's unlike any other service person from any other dealer I've ever met. People say do not go to dealers to get tires and should've listened this time. Took the over 2 hrs to install 4 new tires. I was told that it would take 1hr 15min to be done and ended up being 2.5hrs. Came into the dealer around 8:05am and it was 10:27am when I left. I ended up going back in 2 days for an alignment and was informed it'll take about 2-3hrs. went to firestone tire in Denville without an appt and was out in about 1hr and left with lifetime tire alignment too!! Needless to say I will not be coming back to this dealer. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min to go to Autosport in Bridgewater where I bought my car from More
Very Bad. I went there for Oil change and car inspaction for Honda Odissy and Honda Accord. They sugested me to go for 30000 miles major sevice and I was end up with another big problem car battery change w for Honda Odissy and Honda Accord. They sugested me to go for 30000 miles major sevice and I was end up with another big problem car battery change which was almost new (one year old Honda Battery) and In my other honda accord car after they checked, had issued the all ok in inspaction and after a week 2007 Honda Accord (27000 mile) has started a transmission oil leakage problem and they changed two hoss pipes for tansmission fluid supply. No one can imagine in such a new Honda car, this kind of problem is possible. I lost my all trust and they are big lier. I just wanted to come out with whatever is happend it was just a bad dream. Never go there. My both 2007 model Honda Oddesy and Honda Accord car I went just for oil change and they misleaded us and made around over $650.00 plus... Not happy at all... Never go there. More
Price was right when I bought a new 2005 CRV. However, part of the sales pitch was that a loaner car would be available when we needed service. We have had a recurring problem with brake lights coming on part of the sales pitch was that a loaner car would be available when we needed service. We have had a recurring problem with brake lights coming on, and this time when I called to schedule service they said they now only offer rentals rather than loaners. To their credit, they made an exception for me but loaner cars are not available on short notice, so I would have to drive with a possible brake problem for a week. More
