Great place I went to Joyce Honda to have my check tire pressure light checked. It turned out to be a sensor. They fixed it so I could drive to Boston that weekend without losing tire pressure. Then ordered the sensor then installed it the following week. Every one was so nice and understanding, and helpful ,, especially dan cuccio. He’s an awesome young man and I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thanks ! More

They accommodated my unscheduled appointment perfectly. I drove over to Joyce, where they accepted and diagnosed my car quickly. Once I realized how long the service would take, I was able to get a ride from a very pleasant gentleman to a nearby shopping center. My car was ready before I had even picked up for return to Joyce. Car dealerships have shady reputations, but I have always been satisfied with the Service Department at Joyce. More

Something Has Changed For 12 years we found this service department to be Excellent and went out of our way (37 miles one way) to have Joyce do all the service on both of o For 12 years we found this service department to be Excellent and went out of our way (37 miles one way) to have Joyce do all the service on both of our Honda vehicles. But lately the Technicians and Service Reps are not of the quality we came to love. We could always count on the Technicians to advise us as to what needed immediate attention or what could wait until the next service. Now it seems that the almighty dollar has become more important making Joyce just like all the other dealer service centers we have dealt with and abandoned over the more than 50 years we have been driving. Plus the Service Technicians make numerous mistakes with our paperwork, lose service logs we have maintained since purchasing our vehicles, and generally don't seem to have that attention to detail they used to have. We believe that service management seems to have changed in a major way. We love Honda vehicles and will continue to purchase them but we will not be buying or servicing our vehicles at Joyce anymore for the reasons explained above. More
