People say do not go to dealers to get tires and should've listened this time. Took the over 2 hrs to install 4 new tires. I was told that it would take 1hr 15min to be done and ended up being 2.5hr should've listened this time. Took the over 2 hrs to install 4 new tires. I ended up going back in 2 days for an alignment and was informed it'll take about 2-3hrs. went to firestone tire in Denville without an appt and was out in about 1hr and left with lifetime tire alignment too!! Needless to say I will not be coming back to this dealer. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min to go to Autosport in Bridgewater where I bought my car from More

Very Bad. I went there for Oil change and car inspaction for Honda Odissy and Honda Accord. They sugested me to go for 30000 miles major sevice and I was end up with another big problem car battery change w for Honda Odissy and Honda Accord. They sugested me to go for 30000 miles major sevice and I was end up with another big problem car battery change which was almost new (one year old Honda Battery) and In my other honda accord car after they checked, had issued the all ok in inspaction and after a week 2007 Honda Accord (27000 mile) has started a transmission oil leakage problem and they changed two hoss pipes for tansmission fluid supply. No one can imagine in such a new Honda car, this kind of problem is possible. I lost my all trust and they are big lier. I just wanted to come out with whatever is happend it was just a bad dream. Never go there. My both 2007 model Honda Oddesy and Honda Accord car I went just for oil change and they misleaded us and made around over $650.00 plus... Not happy at all... Never go there. More

Price was right when I bought a new 2005 CRV. However, part of the sales pitch was that a loaner car would be available when we needed service. To their credit, they made an exception for me but loaner cars are not available on short notice, so I would have to drive with a possible brake problem for a week. More

Okay, now I'm sold on this dealer. Bought my Accord back in November and felt a slight vibration when hiting the brakes at a high speed. Took the car back after it had about 1k miles and I was told that it could be normal since the car was new. Took the car back this past weekend at 9k miles. The Director of Parts and Service, John, went out for a test drive and immediately noticed something wrong. He asked if I could leave the car for a few hours and he would kindly provide me with a loaner, mind you, I had made no appointment, simply walked in on a Saturday morning for a quick road test with a technician. Joyce provided me with a new Accord loaner and had the problem fixed later in the afternoon. Kathleen in Service was a pleasure to deal with. She thourougly explained the problem and Joyce replaced both front brake pads. My past experiences with dealers have been a nightmare, thank you Joyce Honda for making it such a pleasurable one! Service department and parts department are disorganized and unreliable! Do not trust this dealership!!! I lost over 700 dollars to them for a problem that took over 4 months to resolve. The parts department had ordered the wrong part twice (set of rims for wrongs side of car - Honda Prelude 99). The first set were ordered and installed on my vehicle - I noticed that the direction of spokes was incorrect and notified them, my car looked ridiculous. They could not revert back to my old wheels because they had discarded them. <br><br>I was told that they would order another set to correct the issue and that there would be no charge because it was their error. Weeks and months passed - I request them to check on my order numerous times- I was patient - their response was that their parts department had a high turnover and the request for re-order was lost. I called them several times and finally the second set arrived. Upon inspection these were the wrong wheels again!!!!! This time I called American Honda customer service to offer protection against their incompetence. Two weeks later I finally had the wheels - only to my surprise they charged me for their error - 750 dollars. Of course the service manager did not honor the original statement and explained that service assoc. that dealt with my case was 'no longer' with them - he went on to pursue other employment; this service assoc. originally made the statement that there would be no charge! <br><br><br>I have also lost another 20 dollars to them for a license plate holder (for front bumpter) that I ordered and paid for (over 4 months ago) but which they never produced!!!!
