Service - Wasted three hours of my Beautiful Saturday My Car had an issue and I dropped at Joyce. They gave it back to me during weekend,it worked only fr 2 days. 35 miles and my car broke down again, too My Car had an issue and I dropped at Joyce. They gave it back to me during weekend,it worked only fr 2 days. 35 miles and my car broke down again, took my car to local auto repair n he fixed it. Called Joyce Honda they asked me to drop the car n they ll run full diagnostics. I was in 9:45 , i saw several ppl who came before n after me leave,then I asked them whats the status, I have been told it's with technician,so I went outside I saw my car. I checked with them again, the guy said it will be done in few mins,so I checked my car was at the same place. The receptionist asked me to check with the service manager inside, when I asked I have been told it has never been assigned to a technician. They didn't shw any kind of interest in rectifying the mistake neither they felt sorry for not taking a look at the car after letting me wait till 1PM. I already spend more than 300$ for car rental and 350 for local auto repair guy for the stuff that's already covered in the warranty. So I wouldn't recommend Joyce Honda for their Service. More

Repair difficult Check Engine Light on 2004 Honda CRV My experience with the Service Department of Joyce Honda of Route 10 could not have gone any smoother. And this was all due to the professionalism an My experience with the Service Department of Joyce Honda of Route 10 could not have gone any smoother. And this was all due to the professionalism and courtesy of Diana Alvarado. She is awesome! I had a persistent check engine light that signified a major engine rebuild but as bleak as it looked, Diana took charge of the case and kept me totally abreast of what was needed, what my options were, and promised that she would take care of contacting the extended warranty people for me explaining the scenario. The service team worked diligently on my car and actually also called Honda Engineering to get their input, illustrating the complexity of the situation. And this all was done under the guidance and project lead of Diana. Diana is the epitome of a service professional who truly cares about her customers. She is a blue chip employee and should be lauded for her excellent service and professionalism. Joyce Honda is now my Auto dealer of choice and it is all due to Diana Alvarado. NO respect 4 customers VALUABLE time! Joyce Honda in Denville, New Jersey for the past 10 years has had, and continues to have a terrible problem of performing their vehicle service in a t Joyce Honda in Denville, New Jersey for the past 10 years has had, and continues to have a terrible problem of performing their vehicle service in a timely manner. I just finished an oil change/tire rotation, was quoted a wait time of 45 minutes to 1 hour which in my opinion is too long for 10 minute oil dump and 4 tire swap with pneumatic wrench. This should take 30 minutes MAX! After I waited in an EMPTY service waiting room for 90 minutes I went to find my assigned service rep Toni Bencivenga. She apologized to me by saying I'm sorry I got caught with another customer I just have to print your paperwork. This awful employee didn't even have the presence of mind to ask 1 of the other 10 service reps working with her to check me out and send me on my way. Instead she forgot all about me sitting in the waiting room. I sat 30 minutes for no reason at all other than this employee spaced out and forgot I was waiting...My time is worth a lot of money $50/$100 per hour and for this customer service rep and I use that term loosely to not think it's a big deal to let me sit for 30 minutes for no good reason makes me want to never give Joyce Honda another dollar of my hard earned money! More
