The first time I didn't even ask for a loaner, they told me they were getting a loaner for me and my car was staying until the part they needed was delivered. Safety first on their part! There were other things that needed to be done, some were maintenance, some were not, and some the fault of New Jersey roads. Every time the service department was so thorough in looking over my entire car and telling me what needed to be done now, and what could wait. I've been dealing with this service department for over 10 years (different cars) and wouldn't go back if they didn't meet my expectations not just on repairs service but other things also. More

They have ample of seats in the waiting areas to accommodate customers waiting while their cars getting serviced.
