The garage opened for me. I was greeted immediately by a service advisor. I had a card for a free service. He took the car. I sat in the waiting room. 50 minutes later I was out the door. That's the way I like it. BTW...I had to pay the tax on the service...that was all. What more could you ask for...when you need to just get it done. More

Proactive service manager and mechanic helped avoid issue Went in to have my Pilot serviced for brakes and dome light. Both repair appointments had already been planned although this dealership doesn't require. Mechanic and serviced manager noticed a leaking spool valve. Apparently in the V6 Honda Pilot during these model years the spool valve is located in front of the alternator which could get damaged leading to a much larger issue if not addressed properly. The technician strongly recommended and the service manager agreed to have the spool valve repair done immediately and even offered a loner car for the day. I checked with a reliable source before agreeing to the service given the large dollar amount and duration of the repair. All the references to the issue pointed to a similar instances with the Pilot with higher miles (mine being almost 110k). The repair was completed in time without issue. The team from the front desk, technician and service manager were very accommodating. More

After over 3 hours, they apologized and told me my car was confused with another, and they had just started the oil change. Left the dealership, realized they forgot to reset the service lamp. This is now the third time I've been at Joyce Honda for an oil change, and when I've asked them to look at other things, they clearly lied about it and told me they look at issues when they clearly hadn't.I have 7 free oil changes left and I'll go elsewhere. Joyce Honda clearly uses the free oil changes as a gimmick when selling cars. I believe the waits are purposely long to discourage customers from cashing them in. More

Jasmine was super sweet and explained my future maintenance needs very well. The service checkout desk receptionist is an asset to your company. I wish I asked her name. Listening to her as she dealt with customers, both in person and on the phone, while I waited, she listened to the good, the bad and the ugly that those customers gave her. She was professional and courteous and never let them ruffle her feathers. Cudos to both ladies! More
