I had 3 safety recall on my Honda that has no insurance or registration. They towed my car at no cost to me and fixed all recalled items....then towed it back to my house. I went to this Honda on Wednesday (02/05/2020).Kathy’s I went to this Honda on Wednesday (02/05/2020). Kathy’s customer service was awesome - very attentive and informative. I had an issue leaving, my c I went to this Honda on Wednesday (02/05/2020). Kathy’s customer service was awesome - very attentive and informative. I had an issue leaving, my car wasn’t turning on and it took a few attempts before it would work. This made me very upset. However, I went back, spoke with Kathy again (who is amazing by the way) and she made sure everything got taken care of and fixed exactly the way it should’ve been. This was my first time at this Honda and although the end result wasn’t perfect at first - we ended up at perfect and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending this place to other people. I’d like to say again, that Kathy was awesome - someone give her a raise! :) More

Great Experience Lloyd Wilson was the service advisor that assisted me and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made the experience great.
