The Sales Rep Edgar, or Eggy was very kind and patient. I had low tire pressure and needed new tires so came back the next day to have my tires replaced which was a very busy Saturday. It happened for check in had Eggy again, and he was kind, Efficient, and professional. In the waiting room there was a gentleman with jacket and tie, who was checking on customers. He came to me after I had settled in and ask if everything was ok. This was a pleasant surprise hadn’t seen this service at prior appointments. It is nice seeing someone presenting a professional appearance, it lends the feeling of he or she cares. My tires were changed in approximately two hours in total time. I sit in the room without the tv on and read my book and availed myself some water and a bagel. My bill was explained to me at checkout as usual. The visit was good, but their new system to check customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service know that my first oil change was free. The service department said I didn’t buy my car from the dealer. It was a swap from another dealer, but I do buy my car from Joyce Honda. Also they don’t have in their records that I’m getting 6 free oil changes. Now I have to go to see my sales person to find out what happen. I’ve always been very happy with the service department. I will continue to use the service department. They do make sure they complete the work in a timely fashion. All in all, I’m very happy. More

Disapointed The service of the car it self I don't have a problem with. My disappointment was with the fact that I had to wait for one hour to the shuttle that ca The service of the car it self I don't have a problem with. My disappointment was with the fact that I had to wait for one hour to the shuttle that came and went twice and I was not piked up. When I complaint, first it had put gas, so why was not refueled the day before. Had to be refueled at 9:00am early in the day? That does not make sense at all then I went out to floor where the boys great people and drive the cars into the shop and they told me that he had left again after he refueled. So I went back to complain again and the blond young lady at the reception told that he can only take on customer at the time. Which I did not believe but I was not in a mood to challenge her. If that was true it would not make sense that he would be driving a minivan. Sure enough one hour after I drooped the car off I was finally in the shuttle. And guess what? There was three more customers with me. So the young blond lady was providing wrong information as I knew she were since the beginning. More
