The first time I didn't even ask for a loaner, they told me they were getting a loaner for me and my car was staying until the part they needed was delivered. Safety first on their part! There were other things that needed to be done, some were maintenance, some were not, and some the fault of New Jersey roads. Every time the service department was so thorough in looking over my entire car and telling me what needed to be done now, and what could wait. I've been dealing with this service department for over 10 years (different cars) and wouldn't go back if they didn't meet my expectations not just on repairs service but other things also. More

I was told it will take about 2 hours to care care of front/rear brakes and they did it within time, price was very competitive compare to other dealerships in the area. They have ample of seats in the waiting areas to accommodate customers waiting while their cars getting serviced. Recently, I had to have several major repairs made to the car (front brakes, including new rotors; one engine mount; and serpentine (drive) belt replaced). All the repairs were performed with skill and expertise. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that the repairs will last the life of the car is priceless.
