Joyce Honda closure On April 14 I went to Joyce Honda because the tire pressure light was on only to find Joyce Honda was closed. Several other cars were there too. I called the phone number for service number that was on the door and the man I spoke to was very rude to me. I commented that motor service centers was consider necessary businesses and not required to be closed and asked why Joyce Honda was closed. The man actually asked me was if I was aware that there was a pandemic going on!!! I was surprised at his rudeness especially since I am a health care worker. The other Honda owners there at the time heard his remarks too. Also at this time, depending on how one accessed Joyce Honda website, the website indicated that the facility was open. More
So pleased. Brought my 05 Acura TL in because drivers seat was stuck. They instantly gave me a loaner Accord so they could diagnose. Called 2 hrs. later, said it was just a disconnected plug.
