Reliable I have been coming to Joyce Honda to service my cars for several years. Most of the time it is for cars that I have bought from them, but I also have I have been coming to Joyce Honda to service my cars for several years. Most of the time it is for cars that I have bought from them, but I also have come here for my Subaru. They provide reliable service. The price is fair. Not great, but not terrible. I like that I can get an oil change on a Sunday when most other shops are closed. Also, they tend to be less busy on Sundays, which makes no sense to me. Don't expect to be in and out very quickly. But they have a relatively comfortable waiting room, so bring a book or a crossword puzzle and enjoy a free cup of coffee or a bottle of water. and just relax. They even have free bagels on weekends. When my car is ready, they go over everything they have found. I use that info to my benefit. For example, I am very capable of replacing my own air filter, so when they tell me I need to replace it, I do that on my own. But when they tell me that I need a new serpentine belt, I leave that up to the professionals. Each recommended service has a price. I can usually find a coupon for 10% off. However, I can also decide to look elsewhere for that recommended service, and I already know the most it will cost if I were to go back to Joyce. And since I know that they are reliable, I generally go back to them unless the price difference is dramatic. More

We worked with two different managers because of this there was a lack of communication between them and us. The biggest complaint though is the reception that I received when I returned to pick up my vehicle and went to the service receptionists desk. The receptionist was unfriendly (felt more like the DMV) and when I asked to speak to a manager (because I knew the total on the bill was incorrect), she acted very annoyed. Individuals spend hours waiting for their vehicle (in our case over a week) and spend a large sum of money ... it would be wise to have a friendly and helpful receptionist that actually wants to help the customers instead of treating them like the are annoying. She handed me my corrected bill and didn't even bother to thank me for my service. I think I am done with Joyce Honda! More

As a new Honda owner this is my first time ever going to the Honda service department. I went for an oil change because my light came on and when I arrive the staff were amazing and one of them informed me the Honda service department. I went for an oil change because my light came on and when I arrive the staff were amazing and one of them informed me that I have a complimentary oil change and that the only thing I needed to pay was the tax so yeah overall I’m very happy with my experience at the Honda dealer.
