The visit was good, but their new system to check customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service know that my first oil change was free. The service department said I didn’t buy my car from the dealer. It was a swap from another dealer, but I do buy my car from Joyce Honda. Also they don’t have in their records that I’m getting 6 free oil changes. Now I have to go to see my sales person to find out what happen. I’ve always been very happy with the service department. I will continue to use the service department. They do make sure they complete the work in a timely fashion. All in all, I’m very happy. More

Disapointed The service of the car it self I don't have a problem with. My disappointment was with the fact that I had to wait for one hour to the shuttle that ca The service of the car it self I don't have a problem with. My disappointment was with the fact that I had to wait for one hour to the shuttle that came and went twice and I was not piked up. When I complaint, first it had put gas, so why was not refueled the day before. Had to be refueled at 9:00am early in the day? That does not make sense at all then I went out to floor where the boys great people and drive the cars into the shop and they told me that he had left again after he refueled. So I went back to complain again and the blond young lady at the reception told that he can only take on customer at the time. Which I did not believe but I was not in a mood to challenge her. If that was true it would not make sense that he would be driving a minivan. Sure enough one hour after I drooped the car off I was finally in the shuttle. And guess what? There was three more customers with me. So the young blond lady was providing wrong information as I knew she were since the beginning. More

I had 3 safety recall on my Honda that has no insurance or registration. They towed my car at no cost to me and fixed all recalled items....then towed it back to my house. I had an issue leaving, my c I went to this Honda on Wednesday (02/05/2020). Kathy’s customer service was awesome - very attentive and informative. I had an issue leaving, my car wasn’t turning on and it took a few attempts before it would work. This made me very upset. However, I went back, spoke with Kathy again (who is amazing by the way) and she made sure everything got taken care of and fixed exactly the way it should’ve been. This was my first time at this Honda and although the end result wasn’t perfect at first - we ended up at perfect and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending this place to other people. I’d like to say again, that Kathy was awesome - someone give her a raise! :) More
