An interminable wait followed by a huge bill The dealer took almost two hours to confirm what I had already told him - the brakes needed replaced. To get this assessment and then have a oil chang The dealer took almost two hours to confirm what I had already told him - the brakes needed replaced. To get this assessment and then have a oil change plus brakes replaced, it took nearly 4 hours. The prices being charged are simply not competitive. I left thinking I cannot afford such a steep bill again. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for a competitive price for servicing my Honda. More

Problem Solved Had an unforeseen issue with my Pilot and was told to bring it in for service immediately and not to be concerned about not having an appointment.
