Took too Long You required an Appointment for service. I made one for 9AM. I arrived at 8:30AM and handed my keys off around 9AM, which I thought was OK. The work was to replace the front break pads, and I was going to wait. The car was not completed until Noon. Three hours to replace break pads. Very poor showing. Why do you ask for scheduled appointment when the car just gets in line with every car that shows up before me regardless of what time their appointment was. Scheduling apparently means absolutely nothing. More

Very poor dealership. I personally brought my vehicle there for a simple oil change and tire rotation upon getting the vehicle back I noticed that my wheel caps and rims were all damaged. Took me around there for a simple oil change and tire rotation upon getting the vehicle back I noticed that my wheel caps and rims were all damaged. Took me around a week of inconsistent phone calls and visits to get the issue fixed. Very poor customer service and on top of it all service manager seemed uncaring. Would not recommend. Thanks More
