I used to say yes. I had a terrible time getting an appointment. I brought three cars in back to back - and had a loaner (thank you). Two of the three cars came home with New or continuing issues. One they forgot to do the recall on despite my multiple reminders. The other one came home after being there for two weeks with the passenger airbag light on. I never received a call when my second car was completed. Without Larry’s help I would not have been able to make an appointment. Kelvin went for a test drive with me regarding my concern of a noise in my second car. The ladies at the desk were awesome. I am concerned about the software because if I spoke to a technician who was not my technician, they could not answer my questions and kept transferring me. A question like... was the 10% discount applied? Does the quote include this specific repair? More

They finished the service I had a great experience getting my car serviced. I had a 9:30am appointment and the technician took me in right on time. They finished the service ahead of the finished time that they had quoted me. The cost of service is very competitive and reasonable. When the service was completed, the technician went over what was done in detail and answered any questions that I had. Joyce Honda is an excellent car dealership and they have always had a first rate service center. More

Today as Jennifer is out I tried to reach service dept, For another advisor but they keep hanging up before even coming to the phone. 3 times in a row. I waited very long before submitting this survey but now I give up. How difficult could it be to come on the phone. Forget about talking about the problem with the car? Am very upset why did I go to Joyce Honda for repairs in the first place. More

No communication whatsoever. I need to appointments for two different cars. No one called me to give me a status update, I had to call multiple times.
