Hi! Since reopening under a "By Appointment" model after running on a "No Appointment Necessary" model for 13 years, it is taking some time but we are flattening the curve of walk-ins and working very hard to stick to the appointment schedule. Our customers are getting accustomed to making appointments and wait times are reducing. Please inform the advisor that you had to wait too long the last time and we will do our best to expedite your service

Sorry you are having problems. It sounds like you have owned your car for quite some time (10x2 months) = 20 months. All of our cars are sold with warranty. Let's see what is going on. We don't sell lemons and there are laws that protect you from being sold a lemon. Please visit the dealership and see a Manager so we can get to the bottom of the problem and determine what is going on. I am sure this can be resolved with all parties being reasonable. We always care about our customers and the experience they have with a car purchased from us.
