In Need of More Covid19 Precautions Please I would have liked to have seen more stringent Covid-19 precautions put in place at the dealership. When I received my car back from service, I had a plastic covering on my seat but apparently that was the only protective material placed in my car. I wish that my steering wheel and shift had been covered as well. Contactless payment would have been appreciated too! I know that other dealership service stations such as Toyota are implementing these and other important safety measures as I had my other vehicle serviced there. More
Reliable, but one delay. Recent service was just a basic , express,oil change. Sign in and actual mechanic work done promptly in about 45 minutes. Then car sat , ready for pick up in front for another 25 minutes. The delay in completing the billing paperwork is a delay I have noticed several times. I could accept the delay for more complex service but not for an express oil change. Perhaps express oil changes paperwork could be handled separately or placed ahead of other more complicated issues. Annoying to see car sitting there just waiting in these situations. More
