I arrived at 7:45am for an 8am appointment. There. We’re already 6 cars in front of me and by the time I got in another 10-15 cars behind me. To me that’s not by appointment only. It was super crowded and to me that’s frustrating when I was told I had a 8am appointment and wasn’t taken in till 8:40am. I understand you have to wait but when I’m told they are abiding by appointments per regulation and they are clearly taking anyone that calls for an appointment that’s upsetting. I wouldn’t get an oil change there again until it’s more accurate of an actual appointment time. Other customers were upset by this too who were also waiting. More

To get this assessment and then have a oil change plus brakes replaced, it took nearly 4 hours. The prices being charged are simply not competitive. I left thinking I cannot afford such a steep bill again. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for a competitive price for servicing my Honda. More
