Joyce Honda is a rip off. They charged me for checking my Honda $189 as diagnostic fees and then they didn't fix it and told me to take it somewhere else and still I had to pay the diagnosis fees. More

Sorry you had to wait to have the brakes completed. I can't say that we will ever rush our technicians to complete a job. Safety is our #1 concern, especially when removing and replacing such critical parts and wheels and brake parts. I will say that we are happy to offer you an alternative to waiting such as a ride or a loaner if available. BTW - your service was not a simple pad replacement. Your service included complete replacement of pads and rotors. The price of rotors has increased over the last year. We are bound by the prices Honda charges us for the parts. The good news is that your brakes are fresh and safer than ever and should endure many miles of excellent braking performance for you and your family. We always shop our competition so we know the cost of services in our local area. We price our services by the recommended book time and they are always fair and competitive. Non OEM parts may often be less expensive. That is an option you would have to request from your friendly service advisor. I hope we get the opportunity to see you again for your next service.
