The staff was excellent they helped me right away when I called about having a nail in my tire. We arrived for our 11:20 appointment to drop off our car for service. We had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes before anyone took care of us. This was my first service at Joyce. Although I stopped in without an appointment my questions and concern were addressed immediately. Even with the ongoing line of cars coming in they were able to get me hap without an appointment my questions and concern were addressed immediately. I made an appointment for an oil change/recall a week in advance. Upon arrival I was told the wait for my scheduled oil change and recall was going to be 75 minutes because they were backed up. I received m advance. Upon arrival I was told the wait for my scheduled oil change and recall was going to be 75 minutes because they were backed up. I received my vehicle 80 minutes later and was advised that only the oil change was completed. I was also advised that I would have to make another appointment for the recall, to which the next appointment was two weeks out. I will never bring my vehicle to be serviced here again and will probably never do business with this dealer again. More
