We have been customers since 2001. Had Odyssey Van, Civic Si, and 4 CRVs. A 2007, 2013, 2016 and 2020. All serviced by Joyce. Never an issue with unexpected problem. Yesterday I brought the car back for a small issue which we had heard, and the service people took the time to look and confirm that everything was in good working order. The only "issue" we had was with the "engineer," who was obnoxious and condescending. We have owned Honda and/or Acura vehicles since 1984 when I purchased my first Accord, but was disappointed with this behavior which I have never experienced with your service team before. I never want anyone let go, but please consider training to solve this issue. More
