Joyce Honda Service is excellent. We needed two replacement tires quickly so I called Ernie, a service tech and long time member of the Service team. They got it done ahead of schedule. I went in for A2 service on my 2018 Clarity - purchased at Joyce. The invoice indicated Oil, Filter plus some liquids - no problem there. When reviewing the Multi Point Inspection Sheet it indicated the ca at Joyce. The invoice indicated Oil, Filter plus some liquids - no problem there. When reviewing the Multi Point Inspection Sheet it indicated the cabin filter was changed ( no indication on invoice) and the Battery Performance listed at good but no ED-18 printout was attached. I am pleased with the work performed (as usual) but would like the inspection to not be a formality. Ed Abelew More
