I had to have my new 2020 vehicle towed 2 times (after only having had it for about 6 weeks), as car wouldn't start. I kept telling them that roadside assistance said it was a bad battery, but your service department said it was fine, nothing wrong with the battery. Second time, service department finally said it was a bad battery and replaced it. Vehicle has been working fine since then. More
