I had a terrible service and response. I bought my car in and was told they will respond in 48 hours. Our salesman Mario was very patient in answering all our questions and in showing us how to use the different features on our new Honda. He had a pleasant personality, making the buying experience more com questions and in showing us how to use the different features on our new Honda. Our only objection in the vehicle purchase was being forced to pay $299 for smart key loss protection, which we totally did not need or want.
