I experienced a flat tire on a Sunday morning and called the Service Department to make an appointment. I was told I could bring my Accord in at anytime without an appointment. On Sunday afternoon I came the Service Department to make an appointment. I was told I could bring my Accord in at anytime without an appointment. On Sunday afternoon I came in and was greeted by Ernest who seeing the “donut” on my car knew right away why I was there. The car was taken almost immediately while I waited in the lounge. Unfortunately, not only was the tire damaged, but the wheel was too. Ernest told me what the cost would be for a new tire and wheel. Since there was no wheel in stock, he told me he would order it and to come back on Tuesday. I did, and the repair took less than an hour. In my book, this is a top notch Service Department. More

I came in to have my rear brakes serviced. I also asked to have my front brakes examined. Lloyd explained what needed to be done and kept me informed as to when the job was completed. There was plenty of time to finish, I was just getting brakes and some routine maintenance. The work was finished Monday and my car was returned. However, the tech didn't leave an oil change sticker the maintenance timer was still at 10%, so I had to bring it back to get the oil changed, since there was no way to know whether or not the tech actually changed the oil in the first place. This was very frustrating and not the first time this happened at Joyce. Lloyd was extremely helpful though and kept me updated every step of the way, however next maintenance I'll probably just go to a local garage. More

They tried to include the GAP coverage even though it didn't financially make sense given the amount we were paying upfront for the car. On 2-3 seperate occasions when they were giving us the overall total, we noticed the amount was incorrect. They "kept forgetting" to include the initial deposit we left to hold the vehicle. More
