I felt Farah really listened to what I wanted and I didn't feel any pressure to get into something more expensive than I wanted to. He took the time to explain the differences in trims and features and my leasing options. Even after my "purchase", I had a question about one of the features on my car sound system. I texted Farah and he replied almost immediately. When he didn't know the answer himself, he went out to a car on the lot to see if he could figure it out. When he also couldn't, he tracked down someone to get the answer for me! My Joyce Honda experience was a great one! More

New Vehicle Purchase I stopped by Joyce Honda one day without an appointment and was greeted by salesman Don Donnelly. I explained to Don what type of (used) vehicle I was I stopped by Joyce Honda one day without an appointment and was greeted by salesman Don Donnelly. I explained to Don what type of (used) vehicle I was in the market for along with specific criteria. I was limited on time so Don wrote down all of my contact information and told me that he would stay in touch if any vehicles fit the description of what I was looking for. True to his word Don called me numerous times....... always polite, patient, and professional. Joe Binetti also contacted me in support of Don and I ended up purchasing something I initially considered out of my range. We did not waste a lot of time (20 minutes), shook hands, and I drove home with my practically new Pilot a couple of hours later. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is seriously ready to purchase or lease a vehicle. There is a lot to be said for a family owned dealership! More

Sure I would have loved to pick up 30000 miles on my CC I purchased certified vehicle (2015, Pilot, 25K miles, Birthdate March 2015) which came with some extended warranty ~27 mo in total. I did not like however the push to get even more extended warrantee. ".. this is heavily computer controlled and 3 yrs down the line things could happen and then you are stuck with big bill". I thought this is freaking Honda that lasts forever. It made me think I was wrong for making this purchase. But at that point I had already paid. I am not sure the Honda HQ would appreciate indicating there was this sort of risk associated with long term use. Now that I have the car for 3 wks still on first tank of gas, front brakes shimmy... going today to see the response from the dealer.. this is the real test of dealer. If I can amend this I will let you all know how it goes. More
