In addition, Kevin called me 3 days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. He was awesome! I also had the pleasure of working with Pat Cabrera in the Finance department. Not only is Pat friendly and professional, he is extremely bright and meticulous. Pat explained all the details of my lease agreement. He did not embellish or omit any finance details. I left the dealership feeling well informed, and again, confident knowing that I made the right purchase. I have since gone back and bought the car and I am very pleased with the purchase. The only issue was that the car did not have one of the features expected but they have since corrected the problem with satisfaction. I would recommend this dealer to others. More

Disappointing ... never going back Bought 3 cars from Joyce in a span of 5 months. The last used car I bought was one year old (>$20K), with high mileage. They said that it was a unique car that would be in high demand if I decided to sell. I was flooded with emails that they wanted to buy the car. When i went back to sell the car 22 months later, they originally offered me 50% of what I paid. The car had absolutely no issue. They argued that the car had lots of miles on it (if you sell a car with over 26K miles in one year, it will have lots of miles). It felt like they were doing me a favor. Great way to lose a customer. Stay away. More
