He then gave me a free touch up paint as a gesture of good will. Second time I went to this dealership for a recall. Efren worked with trying to get us the financing we wanted. We didnt spend the whole day at the dealer and everything was pretty much done quickly and to our benefit. We were recommended there by a friend and can honestly say we will be back there if we need a car in the future. More

Needed a New Battery I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week later the car would not start. I was able to get it jumped and took it back to the dealer after work for a new battery. The service took about two hours and I had to cancel an activity I had planned for that evening. If I had been told about the problem the week before I would have had the battery replaced then saving me the time and hassle. More

I eventually came into the dealership (because my other car needed servicing) and I visited the finance department to get my answers. They were very helpful. I just felt that I waited too long to get my answers. I would definitely recommend Joyce Honda to others. NOTE: I did not rate Hector because I did not deal with him enough to give a rating. More

Efren, Sara, and their many employees are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, patient. They answered all of my questions and beyond. I had originally purchased my new car from another Honda Dealership (independently owned). The previous dealership’s professionalism made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with my purchase. Joyce Honda apologized on behalf of that dealership without being asked to do so. Efren made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car. I feel comfortable using their service department in the future. I wish I had come across them under different circumstances, however, I am grateful for their professionalism and understanding after speaking with their well-trained employees. More
