Over all excellent experience. Good car buying experience. I have purchased a dozen or so new cars and the experience is not always pleasant. This one was my first lease and it was Good car buying experience. I have purchased a dozen or so new cars and the experience is not always pleasant. This one was my first lease and it was very smooth Rania, my salesperson, was professional and very accommodating. I had a lot of questions and she persevered with patience, grace and good humor. She even held my tiny Yorkie, Gucci, during our test drive. Not always an easy task. There was a glitch with the price at the very end and Rania backed up my position even though the paperwork indicated something different. She brought over another manager to back us both up. I really appreciated that. So I would characterize the sales department to be fair and honest. The finance mgr was Dennis Kish and he did all he could to make the final phase run smoothly and with a bit of good humor. I had an issue with my trade-in (strictly my fault) and he found an equitable way to execute the transaction. All in all a good experience. I would use Joyce Honda again and would seek out Rania and Dennis to handle the transactions. More

They show me a Accord with touring package and then they write up the sales order with an EXL package scribbled in small letters for a car that was not even in the showroom and never explained what an EXL package stood for. When i asked them to correct it, they very conveniently told me that i had signed an agreement for EXL. I have had very good experience dealing with car dealers in the past and so trusted them. This place and people including the sales manager are very dishonest and unethical people and i would not ever buy anything from them More

Long story short after waiting for two weeks for Towne Huyndai to locate a white 2017 Tucson Limited with the Ultimate package, I was disappointed that they try to sell me a lower trim or a different color. Walked into Joyce Honda out of frustration just to look around and not really intending to purchase a vehicle, but it turn out that they had a 2017 CRV in the color that we wanted the EX-L trim was better equipped than the Tucson limited at a lower price, got better financial terms (even better than my own bank, which was lower than Huyndai's). The overall negotiation and transaction was straight forward, I was able to independently double check all the financial and was convinced that it was a great deal. Purchased the car and had it two days later. Rania was very polite and helpful throughout the transaction. More
