Plus on the way home I saw that the drivers mirror was vibrating and noticed the next day a large ding in the gas fuel door. I took it to be State inspected and it failed because of the mirror, was told since this was a pre certified car the ding and mirror should have been fixed before I paid $19,000 for it, the Honda dealer I took it to near my house personally called Joyce Honda and to this day they have refused to pay for these repairs. Will never do business with them again and have told everyone I know as well!! More

Unfortunately I did end up having to wait a couple hours, however was reimbursed for my time by having my first car payment extended to 45 days from the date of purchase, a huge economic help allowing me to purchase the car of my dreams. Fast oil changes I have been very happy with the service center at Joyce. Only a minor glitch, but this was my second "free" oil change and tire rotation and I'm now c I have been very happy with the service center at Joyce. Only a minor glitch, but this was my second "free" oil change and tire rotation and I'm now charged $1.85. Supposedly tax that they just started collecting. I know it's only a small amount, but "free" was promised when I bought the car and if there really is some new tax, they should cover it in my opinion. More
