Initinally I Wanted a base model 2019 civic but after negotiating and working with Efren we were able to come up with a nicer model for the right lease price.He worked hard to give me my needs at the right price. lease initiated in January, 2019 LEASED A CRV AND SORRY I DID. WANTED A PILOT. THE CRV I LEASED IS LOADED, BUT IT'S NOT THE PILOT. HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEASE A THE CHEVY TRAVERSE AT LEASED A CRV AND SORRY I DID. WANTED A PILOT. THE CRV I LEASED IS LOADED, BUT IT'S NOT THE PILOT. HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEASE A THE CHEVY TRAVERSE AT $410 A MONTH NOTHING DOWN. I BLEW IT--MISTAKE I WON'T MAKE AGAIN. WE HAVE LEASED ABOUT 12 CARS FROM JOYCE AND THAT SHOULD HAVE ACCOUNTED FOR SOMETHING. GUESS WHAT---IT DIDN'T. WE HAVE A WAYS TO GO UNTIL THE 2 OF THE HONDA'S ARE "UP". THIRD IS INTO THE SECOND YEAR. Poor communication for simple service. I came in for an oil change, multi- point inspection, and windshield wiper refills. Upon check out, I read that my engine air filter "failed" and that I came in for an oil change, multi- point inspection, and windshield wiper refills. Upon check out, I read that my engine air filter "failed" and that was never communicated to me. I was told that both my engine air filter and cabin air filter were, "still ok." Why was I not shown my old filter? I would have replaced it then and there. Then, when I was walking out to my car, I was given someone else's car keys. My keys had to be tracked down. Also, my service advisor also recommended that I replace my drive belt, tensioner, water pump, etc.. I just had that service completed by the Port Charlotte, Fl. Honda dealership in May. Why isn't my vehicle service from one Honda dealership to another linked? More

no communication I took my civic in for an oil change which took longer then any dealership I've ever been to but that isn't my issue they were busy so I understand. T I took my civic in for an oil change which took longer then any dealership I've ever been to but that isn't my issue they were busy so I understand. The issue is I was told my car would be taken to get painted (covered under a faulty paint recall).I dropped off my car and got a loaner vehicle. At the time I was told it would take a few weeks, understandable. 2 days later I am contacted to drop the loaner car and pick up mine, not because it is finished but because they need to schedule a time for it to be painted ??? Why is that suddenly an issue 2 days later? Since then it's been several weeks with no phone call regarding when it can be done. Not to mention everytime I contact them the person who handled my car was either not in or unable to talk. No one else knows about it?How is that possible? It seems the service department doesn't just ignore customers, they ignore eachother. More

I was t Took one month (and my call to follow up) to get answers regarding glass repair. Glass repair is coverage I pay for through a lease insurance. I was told repair was not covered. I provided the contract stating that it was. The Honda ‘glass specialist’ deemed the chip was not repairable, therefore, not covered. An independent glass specialist I took the car to said it was repairable. And now I have to make the arrangements with the glass insurance to ensure payment. This has been beyond frustrating and time consuming. More

We worked with Ryan Unick in sale Joyce Honda has always been an excellent partner whenever we were ready for a new car. This time was no different. We worked with Ryan Unick in sales. I was amazed at how collaborative Ryan was in the total experience. He kept me informed daily - no - multiple times during the day. He really knew what I needed and wanted in an Accord, I truly enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. Efren (finance) remembered us from a previous lease experience and treated us like Joyce Honda family! Justin worked with us earlier in the year when we weren't quite ready to lease, but he kept us informed during the following months (as promised). The experience at Joyce Honda has always been great, and this time was no different. If you want that great experience, ask for Ryan Unick, and I'm sure Efren and Justin will be there to help! More
